Complaints and Returns – TURBOMOCNI Online Store

1. Returns - withdrawal from the contract

1.1. Right of withdrawal

1.1.1. A Customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the Product.
1.1.2. In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Customer should send a declaration of withdrawal to the e-mail address: kontakt@turbomocni.pl or in writing to the address: TURBOMOCNI SP. Z OO, Słoneczny Stok 2, 83-330 Pępowo .

1.2. Product Return Terms

1.2.1. The Product should be returned immediately, but no later than 14 days from sending the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
1.2.2. The product must be sent to the following address:

1.2.3. The Customer bears the costs of returning the Product.
1.2.4. The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging and must not show any signs of use that go beyond the need to check its functionality.
1.2.5. Returns of parts that have been installed on the car and show signs of use (e.g. dirt, traces of grease, mechanical damage, scratches, thread damage, changes resulting from installation, etc.) will not be accepted.
1.2.6. An exception are cases where the assembly of a part was necessary to determine its defect – in such situations, each case will be considered individually by the Store.
1.2.7. Refunds do not include:

  • Products made to individual order,
  • Products that are not suitable for resale once opened (e.g. operating fluids, oils).

1.3. Refund

1.3.1. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned Product.
1.3.2. Refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the Customer specifies a different refund method.
1.3.3. If the Product was purchased on a VAT invoice, the Customer must return a signed invoice correction.


2. Complaints – non-conformity of the goods with the contract

2.1. Basis for complaint

2.1.1. The Customer has the right to make a complaint about the Product in the event of its manufacturing defects, damage caused during transport or non-compliance with the order.
2.1.2. Complaints are considered pursuant to the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

2.2. How to file a complaint?

2.2.1. Complaints should be submitted by sending an e-mail to the following address: kontakt@turbomocni.pl .
2.2.2. The following information must be provided in the application:

  • Order number,
  • Description of the defect or non-conformity of the Product,
  • Photos of the defective Product (if possible),
  • Customer contact details.

2.3. The course of the complaint process

2.3.1. The complaint will be considered within 14 days of its receipt.
2.3.2. If the complaint is accepted, the Store may:

  • Replace the Product with a new one,
  • Repair the Product,
  • Reduce the price of the Product,
  • Refund the full purchase price (if repair or replacement is not possible).
    2.3.3. In the event that a defective Product needs to be returned, the Store covers the shipping costs.
    2.3.4. Complaints will not be accepted if the Product defect was caused by incorrect assembly, improper use or operation not in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
    2.3.5. Parts showing traces of assembly, dirt, traces of use or other damage resulting from use will not be subject to complaint, unless the Customer proves that the defect already existed at the time of delivery.

2.4. Warranty

2.4.1. Some Products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. In such a case, the complaint should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with the warranty terms.


3. Final provisions

3.1. In matters not regulated by this document, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
3.2. The store reserves the right to change the rules for complaints and returns – current information will be published on the website www.turbomocni.pl .
